NCH Quantity Surveying is registered with the Public Works Department Sarawak, the State and Federal Treasuries, State Ministries, Local Councils and other statutory authorities and service government agencies in which we operate as an approved Quantity Surveying and Building Cost Consultant capable of performing Government and private projects of any size. Being a Professional Consulting Firm, the company would make its best effort to provide the best technical support and services for every job engaged by the Client. We would ensure the Client’s interests always come first.

The Director, Sr. Ngo Chee Hong, has vast experiences with both private sector and public sector. He have performed full Quantity Surveying and Building Cost Consultant services on building developments and civil construction of all kinds over the years, having been commissioned to work on a wide variety of governmental, commercial and industrial projects.

We believe in future, Quantity Surveying has become more complex in requiring the integration of not only traditional 2D drawings, but also 3D Architectural and Structural models. BIM is an intelligent 3D model-based process that gives architecture, engineering, and construction professionals the insight and tools to more efficiently plan, design, construct, and manage buildings and infrastructure.
